The best room. A large family, double (or twin), or triple bedroom with an outstanding view of Wolvesey Castle. Exceptionally quiet. Very modern wash unit*. Widescreen digital TV with DVD player. A great collection of books including special selections on Jane Austen and Sir Alec Guinness.
A comfortable double bedroom overlooking quiet garden.

A cosy single room upstairs with a view of our quiet secluded garden.
(All rooms available as singles. * If triple not accessible)
One shared bathroom
Breakfast room/John's Sitting room
Most guests on arrival have tea with John in his large beautifully furnished sitting room, where he lives and works during the rest of the day. Breakfasts are served at the large shared dining table here.
