A great place to stay if you are working in Winchester, visiting friends or relatives, coming to party or for a wedding or conference. The ideal spot for visitors touring England (with private parking, near the coach stop and railway station).

Our best room has an outstanding view of ruined Wolvesey Castle.

There is a computer for guests’ use and free Wi-fi is available throughout the house

John can advise you on what to see and do as well as where to eat and drink.  Wolvesey View B&B Winchester is the perfect place to enjoy exploring on foot, Just a short walk away are the river Itchen, the cathedral, great pubs and restaurants, museums, shops and walks, including the South Downs Way.

The house used to belong to the great English actor Sir Alec Guinness. Today the house is shared by John , Sallyann and two very friendly cats.
